Classes Overview

It consists of hatha yoga shatkriya laghoo shankh prakshalan, kunjal, neti, Agnisar and Nauli. Join the Global Mala and do 108 sun salutations and pawanmuktasana part 2, the digestive series to get weight Loss results. We also practice Bhastrika. Apart from this standing poses, upper body poses, inversions and core flow in Vinyasa flow combines in a harmonious way to give good transformation. The detox kriya of jalneti, kunjal or abdominal cleanse shankh Prakshalan or intestinal cleanse incurs extra charge.

Classes Lesson

You are expected to practice everyday for results. The digestive series is a daily practice. Each day of the plan in Weightloss helps you explore and release what’s weighing you down physically, emotionally, and mentally—the mental blocks, thoughts, habits, and behaviors that stand in your way—to make it easier to think more clearly, make better choices, and maximize metabolism. As you lighten up on the inside, you’ll lighten up on the outside. More calm + more balance = a healthier you.

  • BEGINNER

FROM 1ST-10TH OF THE MONTH
YOU IRREGULARLY EAT HEALTHY FOOD. YOUR PHILOSOPHY IS WORK HARD AND YOU WILL GET RESULTS.
We Practice Digestive Series, Kapalbhati and Meditation and don’t try to sweat and tire yourself or do too much.

  • REGULAR YOGI

FROM 11th to 20th OF THE MONTH
YOU ARE FASCINATED WITH “EATING RIGHT”. YOUR PHILOSOPHY IS HARD WORK ISN’T WHAT ITS PUFFED UP TO BE.
Practice sun salutations everyday and standing poses and warrior sequences apart from the beginner sequences. Practice Agnisar Kriya and lots of Viparitkarani Mudra. We also do Navasana variations. Weight Loss sequence is followed. Follow the teacher class and do it daily.

  • COMMITTED YOGI

FROM 21st TO 30th OF THE MONTH
HERE YOU EAT WITH A FEELING OF REVERENCE AND YOU FEEL FOOD BECOMING PART OF THE SELF. YOUR PHILOSOPHY IS TAKE THINGS AS THEY COME OR GO. LIFE IS ITS OWN REWARD.
Here as a committed Yogi you would have mastered the digestive series and don’t feel the effort in it. The sun salutations numbers have increased to more than in previous stage in 15 minutes and you are doing 2 classes back to back the 06.00am and the 07.00 am twice a week and not feeling phased out with your class. feeling tired. You are comfortable with Nuali and have learnt to isolate your abdominal muscles and move them to right and left and rotate them.

What You Get From This Classes

You get digestive health. You activate your manipura chakra and your dreams become reality and you increase your power of manifestation. Physically you feel light and having Ojas or good energy. Your body transforms based on whether you are Vata, Pitta or Kapha type. You have inch loss and a healthy weight but you still glow with good health. You become more selective about your nutrition choices. You determine the food in terms of what gives you Prana and what does not. You start to treat Green food as Gold.
