Kriya Yoga is integral Yoga. The different branches of yoga, raja yoga, karma yoga, Bhakti yoga, jnana yoga and kriya yoga are systematically introduced as if you are learning from a living master.
The sun provides Energy that through the green chlorophyll finds its way to human body through plants and animals. We invoke the energy of sun within us which resides at the navel where 72,000 Nadis originate and navel is also the storehouse of Prana in humans. On Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday we practice the joint freedom series. On Mondays and Wednesday we practice digestive series and on Fridays we practice the secret Surya Kriya with energisation series and on Saturdays we practice the Ashtanga Yoga sun salutation A & B with energisation series to remove energy blockages in the body.
The practice will cover body cleansing, diet and natural healing methods.
Mudras and Bandhas
FROM 1ST-10TH OF THE MONTH
You will learn surya namaskar, shavasana, bhujangasana, shalabhasana, shashankasana, trikonasana, dwikonasana, dolasana, ardha matsyendrasana, shavasana, nadi shodhan pranayama, (if you reach stage 4, it’s good) and Aum Chanting with Tratak.
- REGULAR YOGI
FROM 11th to 20th OF THE MONTH
You will learn Yoga and Tantra. You will learn Yantras. You will master Chidakasha Dharana, Moola Shodhana Kriya, Bandhas, japa, chanting, nadi shodhana stage 4 with jalandar bandha, visualization, nada yoga
FROM 21st TO 30th OF THE MONTH
We practice Chakras and different stages of Antar Mauna. We practice surya namaskar, ardha Padma pascimuttanasana, bhujangasana, ardha matsyendrasana, kriya 1, kriya 2, kriya 3, kriya 4, kriya 5, kriya 6. It’s a progressive course held through out the year. Daily practice is recommended to receive Kriya yoga benefit in its full splendour.
The subconscious negative mental impressions which act below the surface of your normal consciousness and cause mental disturbances are the reason you feel sad, depressed and unhappy. In kriya yoga techniques you learn how to neutralize these negative feelings.
